Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your DreamGrid. Each magnet is made with care and designed to inspire your next adventure — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

💌 Returns

Because DreamGrid magnets are handmade in small batches, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@mydreamgrid.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect).

🔄 Exchanges

Need a replacement for a damaged or defective magnet? We’re happy to send a new one — just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and brief note.

🎁 Custom Sets

Custom/Build-Your-Own DreamGrids are curated with care and are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

⚙️ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping) within 5–7 business days.
